Network Engineers


RTM Communications, a Bedford, NH based Network/Systems Integrator and Managed Service Provider, is currently accepting resumes for Experienced Engineers. Certifications are relevant but experience is most important.

We are looking for specific skill sets, certifications or equivalent experience:

  • Server and Desktop Virtualization
  • Routing and Switching
  • Network Security and VPN
  • Local and Network Storage

The ability to provide a high level of customer service, strategic thinking, clear communications and detailed documentation are critical in these roles. Accepting and providing mentoring and working with team members are important attributes for this position. It is the responsibility of every employee at RTM to keep the customers best interest paramount at all times, be a team player, and have excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal skills.

Account Manager


At RTM Communications the Account Manager is responsible for the relationship RTM has with its clients. The AM will develop the opportunity by understanding the client’s needs and using the appropriate internal and vendor resources to determine the optimal solution for the problem. The AM will present and explain the solution to the client and, after the sale, will continue to foster the relationship.

The AM is…

  • Responsible for prospecting for new clients and driving new business within existing clients
  • Responsible for developing lead lists, making cold calls, setting appointments and developing opportunities
  • Will write their own proposals & meet with service personnel to validate their proposed solutions
  • Expected to maintain accurate and updated CRM information including but not limited to client company and contact information, account profiling and forecasting within the RTM CRM tool
  • Expected to present a clean, crisp and professional appearance at all times

RTM subscribes to a sales philosophy of sell yourself first, the company second and the goods and services third. All employees at RTM must always keep the client’s best interest paramount and leverage technology to the benefit of the client’s business.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of IT sales experience
  • Experience working across departments within large organizations
  • Proficient in complex sales cycles
  • 2 or 4 year degree in business-related major; finance, accounting, marketing or appropriate IT degrees
  • Hardworking, self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Professional appearance
  • Technologically savvy and genuinely interested in IT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook
